What do I need to enroll?

The following information is required to be enrolled:

Case number/docket number for your DUI

Violation date of DUI

Conviction date of DUI

Court of Conviction

Driving history record printout from DMV driving record request

Have your deposit in form of cash, check, or money order.

Call your preferred LUCKY DEUCE office location and schedule an intake appointment for enrollment. (Intake time: takes 1.5 hours)

Do you facilitate virtual zoom sessions/meetings for DUI programs?

No, we only provide in-person programs.

What programs are available?

First Offender Programs:

Wet and Reckless $458 paid in full at enrollment appointment.

12-hour sessions

3-month Program $772 ($360 deposit at enrollment appointment)

14 hours of education sessions, 16 hours of group counseling sessions, 12 hours of self-help meetings, 3 face-to-face sessions* (15 minutes each f/f session)

6-month Program $1169 ($360 deposit at enrollment appointment)

14 hours of education sessions, 28 hours of group counseling sessions, 26 hours of self-help meetings, 12 face-to-face sessions *(15 minutes each f/f session)

9-month Program $1261 ($330 deposit at enrollment appointment)

16 hours of Education sessions, 44 hours of Group Counseling sessions, 38 hours of self-help meetings, 7 face-to-face sessions *(15 minutes each f/f session)

Second-Offender Prograrm

18-month Program $2013 ($380 deposit at enrollment appointment)

12 hours of Education meetings, 52 hours of group counseling meetings, 6 re-entry sessions (one hour each/once a month), 26 face-to-face sessions*

We do not facilitate a 30-month Program

How long is each meeting/session?

Education sessions are two hours long.

group counseling sessions are two hours long.

Self-help meetings are one hour long.

*Face-to-Face sessions are 15 minutes each.

What are self-help meetings?

You are required to attend self-help meetings outside of Lucky Deuce to complete a driving under the influence program in Mendocino County. Meetings (1) per week beginning the first week of enrollment at any location of your choice. Meetings are one hour long. Meetings that follow a 12-step program can be in person or virtual, attendance verification will be required. AA Al-Anon NA
